Order Cancellations

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Domestic & International Shipping

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
• We ship using UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
• Orders to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS only.

Shipping Delays

• Rich Life is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs clearance for international orders.
• If your order is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Policy

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Refund Processing

• Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

By signing up for Rich Friends (Rich Life SMS alerts), you agree to receive automated marketing messages at the phone number provided. This includes promotions, cart reminders, and exclusive offers.

Message Frequency & Data Rates

• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

Opting Out

• You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any Rich Life text message.
• After opting out, you may still receive transactional messages related to your orders, but will no longer receive marketing messages.

Promo Code Usage

• Cancel orders that appear fraudulent or suspicious.
• Request additional verification for international orders or high-value purchases.
• Block accounts engaging in chargeback abuse or fraudulent activity.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Rich Life is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been shipped.
