Order Processing & Shipping

All RICH LIFE orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Saturday (excluding U.S. holidays and  Sunday). Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Methods

RICH LIFE partners with various carriers to ensure timely delivery of your orders. Once your items are shipped, we select the most suitable delivery method based on the weight and destination of your package.

• All international orders are shipped via DHL.

• Domestic (U.S.) orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Will I be charged for multiple shipments?

If your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments, each shipment will incur a separate charge. The sum of these charges will not exceed the total cost of your entire order.
